The largest obstacle to my fighting is my fitness. at 300 Lbs I am a big guy. Mind you my Cancer has not helped but neither has my over eating and lack of activity.
Motivation should not be an issue I really want to do this. My work in Film Wisconsin has taught me that there is nothing I can not do if I want to.
Start off walking and Lt weights take it from there.
At Border Skirmish I will not be at 100% but by WW I should be doing much better.
I got a copy of an old T.I with a fitness program I can use. See what happens
